The W Hollywood
The W Hollywood feels glamorous, starting from the moment guests pull up at the spacious valet drive-in. The best event spaces here are The Loft rooftop, The Wet Deck rooftop pool, and The Great Room.

The jewel of The W Hollywood is The Loft rooftop space, which has panoramic views of LA and Hollywood Hills, and can accommodate about 350 guests. The Loft also has a 3D sound system for high quality immersive sound experiences. A private entrance outside the ground floor lobby will get your guests right up to the rooftop, discreetly and expeditiously.

The Wet Deck rooftop pool is stunning and can be combined with The Loft to increase the capacity for any event to 700 guests. You’ll get 360-degree views of Los Angeles, and the space has outdoor projection capabilities to create a strong, branded experience.
The Great Room is a traditional ballroom space for about 500 guests. One end has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony that overlook Hollywood Blvd and The Walk of Fame.
The Hollywood Roosevelt
The Hollywood Roosevelt is an iconic LA venue with tons of cultural relevance. It’s a place where some of Hollywood’s biggest stars roamed, and where the first Academy Awards ceremony was held. The best event spaces here are The Historic Lobby, The Blossom Ballroom, The Tropicana Pool, The Spare Room, and The Rooftop & Penthouse.
The Roosevelt has a spectacular lobby, and at most hotels you can’t buy out the lobby for an event. That alone makes partying at The Historic Lobby a one-of-a-kind experience. The space oozes character and can accommodate about 250 guests.
The Blossom Ballroom is versatile for any type of event. The first Academy Awards ceremony was held here in 1929, and it can accommodate about 400 people. Combine it with The Historic Lobby for a larger or more dynamic event.
The Tropicana Pool is dotted with lush plants and tall palm trees. It’s an elegant outdoor space for an event under the stars. You can accommodate about 650 guests (or 900 if covered), and you can combine it with the Blossom Ballroom for an indoor-outdoor event.
The Spare Room is a private bowling alley and lounge, that adds an element to your event that no guest will have had anywhere else. The space is right above The Historic Lobby on the mezzanine level, and can accommodate about 200 guests.
If feeling like you’re partying on top of Los Angeles sounds appealing for your event, you can have your event on The Roosevelt Rooftop and Penthouse, right underneath the iconic Hotel Roosevelt sign. It’s an indoor-outdoor space, and can accommodate about 250 guests.

The Mondrian West Hollywood
Perhaps the best word to describe The Mondrian is trendy. Events here automatically inherit the glamor of it’s Sunset Strip location. There are two exceptional event spaces here at Skybar and Casa Madera.
Skybar is the main attraction at The Mondrian. The multi-level, indoor-outdoor space has sweeping views of Los Angeles (hence the name Skybar), and a glistening pool. The space is pleasant on the eyes, and can accommodate about 400 guests.
Events at Casa Madera will feel like your guests have been transported to a luxury coastal property on the Mayan Riviera, or in Southern Europe. That impression is set from the moment your guests walk in, and the space can accommodate about 350 people.
The Sofitel Beverly Hills
The Sofitel is a stunning property in a more upscale section of Los Angeles. The best event spaces here are Riviera 31, La Terrasse Patio, and The Beverly Ballroom.

Riviera 31 feels like a sleek, members club, where people gather to socialize and advance business. The vibe is chic and moody, highlighted by a grand piano, and a sleek, oval bar. It can accommodate about 300 guests.

Hosting your event at La Terrasse Patio will feel like having a party in the Mediterranean. The space can accommodate about 200 guests, and can be combined with Riviera 31 for larger events.
The Beverly Ballroom offers a more traditional space for large events. It’s on the second floor of The Sofitel, and can accommodate about 400 people. The entire second floor of The Sofitel is event space, and you can take it over to accommodate about 700 guests.
The Kimpton Everly Hollywood
The Everly Hollywood is a hidden gem just off of Hollywood Blvd. From the lobby, guests descend a staircase directly to the lower floor, which is entirely for event space. It’s great for a formal or a professional event, and the best event space here is The Beachwood Ballroom.

The Beachwood Ballroom stands out for it’s versatility for all types of mixed use. The unassuming space can be made to take on any appearance for any type of event. You can accommodate about 200 guests.
You can take over the entire lower floor at The Sofitel to accommodate about 500 guests total.
